Under two separate but similar projects, 9 girls from four districts were given opportunity to have eighteen months ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) and sent back to their community with added skills and equipment for the clinic set up. Additionally, they were engaged in community leadership through microcredit programs in their catchment area.
