Rajendra Prasad Dhoju\, first lady Mrs. Shrestha\, District Secretary\, and Rotarians took part in this special event. Deep appreciation and special thanks to Dr. Suniti for organizing this special event/ fellowship and for bringing the RI3292 family to one place for the Teej celebration.

He had a fruitful sharing on the contribution of the global grant and its long-term\nimpact on our society. Additionally\, he shared his contribution as a club president with the\nregional grant manager Ms. Laura Bradley. He handed over the special invitation to the RI\npresident from RI 3292 via Ms. Bradley for the “National Peace Conference “which will be\nheld on  16st September 2023 at Kathmandu. It was a great opportunity for RCJ and Rtn. Dr.\nPokharel.

SUMMARY:Multi stakeholders Policy Dialogue on Indigenous Food Farming Promotion
DESCRIPTION:On August 19\, 2023\, In the gracious presence of the deputy speaker of Bagmati province\, parliamentarians\, mayor\, district secretary of RID 3292\, a wide range of agriculture subspecialists\, medical professionals\, policy experts\, Rotarians\, farmers\, and consumers\, a multi-stakeholders dialogue was held in a format of structured view sharing on the contextual presentations on behalf of co-organizers namely RC Jawalakhel and Raithane Agriproducts Pvt. Ltd. In the span of two and half hour long dialogue\, versatile views were showered hitting the afore to protect and promote indigenous organic food products. The details of the raised points have been well noted to prepare a master document to be submitted to the concerned government and non-government institutions. The program has been well covered by the media as well reflecting the gravity of this program.  The outcome of the event is as below: \n\nPoliticians and people representatives publicly committed to carrying the agenda\nBagmati province will incorporate these points in the upcoming agriculture law being drafted\nMedia realized this agenda as the agenda of public interest\nLocal governments are encouraged to promote local food in the regular school tiffin in the community\nExperts appreciated the multiplicity of expertise in the subject matter\nRotary extended into the new arena under the focused area of economy and community development\n\nOn behalf of the RC\, we express our sincere thanks and gratefulness who have taken active participation and valuable feedback. We are planning to continue such kind of multi-stakeholder dialogue in the coming days too .

SUMMARY:Participation in RI3292 Membership and Public Image Seminar
DESCRIPTION:“District Membership and Public Image Seminar” was held on 5th August at Hotel Hyatt Palace\, Kathmandu. The RCJ president\, senior most Rotarians\, and newly inducted Rotarian of RCJ were actively took part in the seminar. There were in-depth discussions and sharing on how to retain\, engage\, and invite new members to rotary clubs and how to increase the public image of rotary clubs and rotary activities. The speaker had shared the various good practices of membership to increase and enlarge the public image and strategy to operationalize in RI 3292.
